I love life.
I am also an endurance athlete, an endurance coach, a health coach and a yoga teacher.
I have lived in four countries - France, UK, Germany, and have now spent most of my life in the beautiful country of New Zealand, which is my home. I did my OE round the world when I was 19; recovered from dysentery in a Tibetan refugee camp in Nepal; grew up in the South of France with my family, and did all my schooling there. I have five brothers and speak fluent French.
I have a Zoology degree from London University, after a failed attempt at French Vet School; am a qualified teacher of adults; have taught French, horse-riding, swimming, running, cycling and aqua-aerobics. I worked in human resources for 10 years and experienced a short career in dressage and eventing. I love people and animals with a passion.
I sadly never met my father, a decorated WWII pilot who disappeared at sea when he was 44, in Palau, in his seaplane. My mother was a ballerina and I miss her every day.
I am married to an amazing man and the love of my life, and have two beautiful sons, a Boxer dog and a Pug. I love nature and the peace and beauty it give us.
I love moving and movement. Endurance training, competing and coaching makes me come alive. Yoga nourishes me, keeps me mobile and grounds me.
I am curious and passionate about how we can all really thrive in life, within our own unique world, context and circumstances. I am fascinated about human behaviour. I love to learn from and share research from many fields of science including psychology, neuropsychology, human behaviour and nutrition.
That’s me in a nutshell!
